Troubleshooting Common Issues
Quick fixes for setup problems.
🔴 "Not Configured" badge showing
This means your Facebook App ID or App Secret has not been saved yet. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Setup and complete Step B2-B3 of the manual setup.
🔴 "Webhook Not Configured" badge
After saving App ID + Secret, the webhook is created automatically. If still showing, double-check that the App ID and Secret are correct and click Save again.
❌ Phone number not appearing after verification
Click Re-sync Phone Numbers in the Phone Numbers panel. If it still doesn't appear, verify that the number was approved in Meta Business Manager.
❌ Facebook popup blocked
Enable popups for wa.vpdm.in in your browser settings (look for the popup blocked icon in your address bar) and try again.
❌ Template shows "Rejected" status
Meta may have rejected your template for policy reasons. Common issues: promotional language in Utility templates, unclear variables, or spam-like content. Revise and resubmit.
❌ Messages not being delivered
Check your Overall Health in Settings. A yellow or red health status means your WABA has quality or compliance issues. Review Meta's messaging guidelines.
